A key role of the JSB M&E Team is to offer support and guidance to all those involved in the training of magistrates and legal advisers.

This support and guidance can take many forms. We have listed below some of the ways we can help you. This list is not exhaustive however, and we are happy to discuss with you any aspect of your training. Examples being to:

• - provide advice on, and if necessary assistance with, your MATC self-assessment
• - identify any aspects of training for further development
• - advise and support any development required
• - contribute to locally arranged workshops on any aspect of the training process.

• This website provides:
• - an exchange of good practice for MATCs, Justices' Clerks and Legal Advisers to use
• - a forum for Area training colleagues to request and provide input on all aspects of magistrate and legal adviser training.
