The purpose of the evaluation will influence how the outcomes will be used. This may vary from action planning, reporting outcomes to MATCs/BTDCs or making changes such as changing venues, timings, group sizes etc. If it is an event with great impact it may be that further learning is required or an alternative approach. Of course, it can be that you simply demonstrate that the learning was successful- success criteria met, objectives achieved etc.
